MCC students, faculty, and staff must read and sign the Roku Kit Usage Agreement before borrowing the Roku Kit for the first time.
By borrowing a Roku device from the Middlesex Community College Library, I agree to the following terms:
I must return the device and all included parts by the due date.
I will not add any unauthorized apps, purchases, or reset the device.
I am responsible if any parts of the Roku kit are lost, damaged, or stolen.
I will be charged replacement costs for any lost or damaged items.
If I fail to return the device, I am responsible for the full replacement cost of $155 plus a $15 processing fee.
The replacement cost will be due by the end of the semester.
My borrowing privileges may be suspended if I do not comply with these terms.
If the Roku kit is not returned with all parts, the user will be charged for the missing items. They may lose borrowing privileges until the items are returned or replacement costs are paid.
